As part of the 2019 Statewide Hurricane Exercise, the FLUASWG will conduct a two day full scale UAS component on 7 and 8 May 2019.

Objectives:
1. Conduct reconnaissance and situational awareness missions utilizing both recorded and live streamed video. Video will be available to the State EOC and other consumers.

2. Conduct damage assessment missions utilizing the FEMA approved 5+1 protocol. Provide imagery to appropriate users

3. Generate maps of simulated impact areas and deliver that imagery to the SEOC and other consumers.

4. Conduct UAS search and rescue of a defined area in daylight and nighttime conditions.

5. Coordinate multiple UAS teams, matching team strengths to appropriate mission assignments.

6. Define needed improvements to integrate UAS operations into multiple aspects of SERT operations, including ESF 4/9, Recon, and Air Operations.

1200 – Start UAS Exercise

1500 – End UAS Exercise
